Cody Merrell

As Executive Director of Heritage Senior Living, Cody works hard so our residents receive premium care in a warm, welcoming home-like environment. He works closely with residents, families, and staff to create a community that feels like home. He has a hands-on leadership style and personal approach. Cody loves having meaningful relationships and helping each resident enjoy the best possible quality of life. Welcoming a new resident or assisting a family member with questions, Cody is a good contact to for our community.

Resident Care Coordinator

Barri Thomson

Barri has worked in both our Assisted Living and Memory Care buildings as a caregiver for over 5 years and has learned how to care for residents well. She handles the important processes that go into providing good care. She works both on the floor and in the office as an advocate for staff and for our residents care. She brings her valuable experience and knowledge of senior care and loves each resident that she has the honor to care for.

Community Nurse

Joni Stone

Joni is the community nurse at Heritage Senior Living since 2024. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our community. She has worked in the hospital setting, and most recently working in the home health and hospice setting. She is excellent in patient care and always puts the patient needs first. She is always willing to go the extra mile for our residents.

Operations Manager

Megan Erickson

Megan is our operations manager, she makes sure shifts are staffed and she also does the training and on boarding for the team members. She has been with Heritage for over 10 years and is a great asset to our community. Megan has a caring heart and always does the right thing no matter who is looking. Megan worked previously in a preschool both teaching and managing the school where she has learned how to be a leader and think critically and solve problems.
