Espirit de corps is a feeling of pride, fellowship, and common loyalty shared by the members of a particular group. Our staff exemplify this through displaying teamwork in all aspects of their job.
Jordan Snedaker has been the administrator at Heritage Senior Living since 2015 when he and his wife Natalie Lloyd Snedaker acquired the community. Jordan has loved being part of the community of Preston and serving the seniors in the community. Since his involvement he has been striving to improve the building by doing a renovation section by section and is nearing completion he also focuses on improving the quality of care in the community. He's learned the best way to get a pulse on how things are going is by rolling up his sleeves and working on the floor with team. Jordan enjoys seeing the residents daily and visiting with them individually and learning about them.
Carla always had a passion in caring for people from an early age. She spent many wonderful summers with her grandparents where she learned many of grandmas secret recipes that to this day she is the only one that has those original recipes in her grandmothers handwriting. Carla offers a wealth of experience from previous communities that she has worked at and has been a great addition to our team.
Treena is originally from Bear Lake County and worked at Bear Lake Memorial Hospital. She later transferred to Caribou Memorial. She then transferred to Symbii Home Health and Hospice here in Preston. She still sees patients for Symbii on the side along with working with Heritage Senior Living.
Megan constantly strives to improve and look for areas where our care team can do better. She is dependable and someone that we can always count on. If ever there is a question or concern about a resident Megan always seems to be aware of it and has a solution to provide. When families call with questions Megan is a great resource to be answer their questions because she knows every resident so well. We are grateful to have her on the team.
