My mother has been a resident of Heritage Senior Living in Preston Idaho for many years. She has has been treated well by management and staff. The facility is lovely, well-maintained, and comfortable. It is always a a pleasure to visit. Jordan Snedaker (owner/manager) has been wonderful, thoughtful, and kind. I have been working with Heritage Home Senior Living for several years, first with a friend, then my mother in law and recently my own dear mother, Carol Lee Allen. This was a move that in all honesty, we did not want to do, however health and needs took precedence. I could not have been more pleased! The facility is clean and lovely and a pleasant place to be. Most of all however, the staff there is fantastic! My mom was cared for kindly, respectfully and with dignity. She felt that the individuals caring for her needs were not "workers", but her dear friends. In her final days and leaving the facility, they cried with me as we moved mom to the hospital. Many times the kitchen staff fixed special meals that they knew mom would like and try to eat. They went out of their way to make her happy and comfortable. Once when mom was gone for a little while for a hospital stay, her dear friend changed her sheets, (again), just because she knew it was really important to my mom. I also loved getting to know the staff as I visited with mom. Jordon and his staff were easy to work with and always courteous, kind and helpful in making decisions. I will forever be thankful for the loving care that was shown to my mom and to us as a family. Thank you so very much!!! Christine Rawlings
